About Me

I am a creative, curious and passionate person who loves the world of design. When I was younger, I always pictured myself doing something different, not mainstream, and absolutely loving it. When I first visited SCAD in the magical city of Savannah, it was hard not to fall in love with not only the place but the community as well. Originally from Chicago, I feel a special connection to beautiful cities and I feel as if I understand them, entirely.

Studying at SCAD has been an amazing experience. I have learned so much from not only my professors but from my peers as well. With little art background coming in as a freshman, my knowledge of what I thought design was has changed so much. I have learned so much about the importance of always coming back to your design, utilizing what’s around you in the environment and the space, and ensuring the design means something to the client. Being able to take the time to perfect my craft the past year has been incredibly beneficial and I cannot wait to see what this coming year has in store.

Currently completing a workplace design project in my third studio class, I am excited to implement what I have learned about hybrid office spaces, and create an environment that is suitable for everyone.
